October Training Sessions

Tuesday 2nd October 2018 – 18.15 – Chris – Speed Session on the seafront. 1 Mile warm up and Dynamic Stretches, 5 x [400m - (200m recovery) - 200m], 2 min recovery between sets. Meet by Pebbles Cafe (opposite the Premier Inn).

Tuesday 9th October 2018 – 18.15 – Phil – Hill Session on Monestary Way. Short hill reps x3, x4, x5, x6. Meet at the bottom of the hill – Please park on Leyborne Road to keep the hill clear for training.

Tuesday 16th October 2018 – 18.15 – Chris – Speed Session on the seafront. 1 Mile warm up and Dynamic Stretches, 4 x [200m, (200m recovery), 200m, (200m recovery), 400m, (400m recovery)], 2 min recovery between sets. Meet by Pebbles Cafe (opposite the Premier Inn).

Tuesday 23rd October 2018 – 18.30 – Angela– Hill Session on Monestary Way. Full hill reps. Meet at the bottom of the hill – Please park on Leyborne Road to keep the hill clear for training.

Tuesday 30th October 2018 – 18.15 – Phil and Chris – Track session at the Duke of York’s School. Timed Mile, followed by reps.

These sessions are always designed for all abilities – adapted to suit everyone whatever your current running distance or pace is. So please do come along and join in!
