November & December Training Sessions

Tuesday 6th November 2018 - 18.15 – Jo & Michele – Speed Session on the seafront – 400m, 800m, 1 Mile. Meet by the subway shelter (near the statues by the Best Western Hotel)

Tuesday 13th November 2018 - 18.15 – Phil – Hill Session on Monestary Way. Short hill reps x4, x5, x6, x7, x8. Meet at the bottom of the hill – Please park on Leyborne Road to keep the hill clear for training.

Tuesday 20th November 2018 - 18.15 – Phil – Pacing Session on the seafront – Timed reps aiming to hit the same time for each rep.  Meet by Pebbles Cafe (opposite the Premier Inn).

Tuesday 27th November 2018 - 18.30 – Phil – Track session at the Duke of York’s School. Timed Mile, 3 x 600m, 200m recovery.

Tuesday 4th December 2018 - 18.15 – Amy – Speed Session on the seafront.  Meet by Pebbles Cafe (opposite the Premier Inn).

Tuesday 18th December 2018 - 18.30 – Phil – Track session at the Duke of York’s School. Pyramid Session.

These sessions are always designed for all abilities – adapted to suit everyone whatever your current running distance or pace is. So please do come along and join in!
