Sylvia and Phil will be holding a Club Session on Easter Monday - 28th March 2016. Meet at the Samphire Hoe Car park at 9am for either 3/4 miles of smiles with Phil or 6/7 miles of smiles with Sylvia, whose run may have a sting in its tail - you have been warned! East Kent Relays 2015

East Kent Relays 2015 Well it is that time of year again for the East Kent Summer Relays. For all you members who do not know, every year we take part in the Summer Relays. These take place every other Tuesday for 5 weeks, against nine other local clubs. The distance will be about 2 to 3 miles per leg, normally about 2.5 miles.
