Breakfast Run – Monday 2nd May 2016

Breakfast

  Sylvia and Jay will be leading a Breakfast Run on Monday 2nd May from Farthinglow Farm shop, Folkestone Road, Dover, CT15 7AA.   Please meet at 8.45am in the car park.  We aim to be back for breakfast by 10.30am .   Dover Roadrunners A.C. have on many different occasions during this season been asked if we could have children join in our sessions whilst we are out training in our local parks and via our website. Last Wednesday evening saw the return of the Samphire Hoe 5K Summer Series. Dover Road Runners turned out in force with a 15 strong team to tackle the challenging course. Warren Uden gave a great performance finishing in 4th place overall in a fantastic time of 18.32. New member Sarah Stephenson made her debut run with the club and finishing 1st Lady overall in an excellent time of 21.24. Littlestone Lifeboat Dash 10k – 23rd May 2014 By Angela Parker

This was an evening run starting at 7.30 and was in its fourth year.  The race started and finished at the Littlestone Lifeboat station and the course, of a multi-terrain nature, was an out and back.
